Terry Chuah is the Founder and CEO of TheCareerLifeCycle LLC. He was previously Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry in San Francisco. He brings 20 years of executive search experience at the most senior levels in North America, Australia, Asia and Europe, having previously worked at Heidrick & Struggles and, prior to that, Russell Reynolds Associates. Terry has worked extensively in energy technology, hi-tech as well as in the industrial resources and manufacturing sectors. In addition to having handled a broad range of assignments for global corporate clients, Terry has deep experience working with early-stage venture-backed and mid-sized private equity-backed companies.

She internationally consults and mentors senior corporate executives on optimizing, transforming employee experience to drive business growth in highly competitive environments. Steve is a Strategic Advisor for Strategia. For over three decades, he has worked with business and HR executives across diverse industries to develop and align strategy, increase leadership effectiveness, successfully execute transformations and introduce and sustain change to achieve top-line growth. In addition to his own consulting firm, Steve is a consultant with Pritchett, LP, a firm focused on M&A, change and culture transformation. With over twenty-five years of corporate and consulting experience, he has led strategic change initiatives with a “hands-on” approach across global organizations in high technology, biopharma, chemicals, software development, hospitality, advertising, financial services and government contracting. Steve’s work experience includes senior HR positions at Merck KGaA, Microsoft, Marriott International, WPP, Citibank and CIBA-GEIGY. His current focus is to leverage his experience to help both large and small size companies and organizations.
